Features
VAHN-TECH manufactures superior cast steel OS&Y gate valves in a variety of designs, materials, trims, packing types, sizes (2”thru 48”) and pressure classes (150 thru 2500).
Gate valves are designed in full compliance with API 600 / API 6D with either solid or flexible wedge/disc design.
Flexible wedge as standard for 4" and above.
Body and bonnet castings are precision machined with joint accurately machined.
One-piece bonnet for better alignment and fewer parts for sizes up to 16".
Carbon Steel, Low temperature Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel as well as nickel and exotic alloys available.
Gate valves option in accordance with API-603 only for stainless steel & nickel alloys.
Gate and Globe valves for Cryogenic service with gas column in accordance with BS-6364 upon request.
Flange dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.5 for valves up to 24” nominal diameter and ASME B16.47 for valves
28" and up.
By-Pass, Lantern rings, grease injectors, special connections, etc available as option.
Low fugitive emissions tested.
